This is a cottage with a view. There is a virtual wall of windows across the 34′ x 13′ lakeside great room which affords a view of the lake from almost every part of the room, even from the kitchen sink! This large, open concept design has plenty of space for family gatherings year-round. The floors are 8″ pine throughout.

The large 12′ x 11′ kitchen has a horseshoe shaped, wrap-around countertop with lots of cupboard space top and bottom. Appliances include a 4-burner propane stove and propane refrigerator.

The 10′ x 14′ south room is also almost entirely window-ed and is a great sitting room that doubles as a guest bedroom. The northeast room is the current bedroom. The northwest room is perfect for a second bedroom or study/workroom.
The 3 piece bathroom is adjacent the utility room which has a utility sink, several enclosed cupboards and the solar energy centre.
